Call for participation!
Malaysian Red Crescent Penang State is pleased to announce that Red Cross Red Crescent (RCRC) Education and International Humanitarian Law Online Course is now open for registration. This course is only open to our Red Crescent Youth (School) Members in Penang, subjects to seat availability. Members who are interested can now register via the respective OC Youth in each district, with the approval from the respective teacher advisor/Youth Officer. Registration for this course will close on 27 March 2021 at 5pm. Late application will not be entertained.
Please note that this registration alone does not guarantee your seat in the course.
