The goal of changing is to become more effective, viable, autonomous and legitimate. In an organizational change process, it is important for a National Society to understand its current model, create a vision of where it wants to go and identify the steps to realise that vision.
The forum speaker, MRCS National Vice Chairman Tn. Hj. Wan Azhar also presented the 5-years OD Strategic Plan (2005-2009) to the MRCS branches.
